Hoi An Bicyclette Tour is a perfect combination of bicycle tour and discovery of the Vietnamese culture and way of life. We guide you far from the center tourist routes where you will see and discover the real countryside of Hoi An, help you understanding the people native in the region.We will be riding on the less travelled paths through the small villages and the open countryside on the first half and cycle more in the rural countryside.If you want to experience the local way of life you can perfectly do that in once of the contryside Hoi An, we know the place to go to!!! We will make even more local when we take bicycles and ride into small paths anh alleys where one normally does not come when taking a car. The countryside markets and various other places are great to visit.
Tour Program :
8:00 AM : Tour guide meeting you at your hotel and introducing about the tour program. Starting biking to the countryside.
8:45 AM :Taking pictures about beautiful countryside views (shrimp farm, duck farms, cows, birds, buffalo, bamboo, vegetable...)
10:00 AM : Keeping Biking to Thanh Nam Fishing Village (meeting local fisherman, seeing the fish, crabs, squid, cath....) The fishing village is still active nowadays, even with the appearance of modern fishing ships going to far fishing areas in the East Sea.
10:30 AM : Cycle to visit interesting Chuc Thanh Buddhist Pagodas. It’s a little off the beaten track, but makes for a worthwhile stop if you’re on bicycle exploration. Ancient ritual objects, including a 200-year old stone gong.This is Hoi An’s oldest pagoda. Founded in 1454 by a Buddhist monk from China.
11:15 AM : Cycle to beautiful Green Rice Fields (See how they harvest rice field), and Japanese Tombs. Altogether there are 40 Japanese tombs in Hoi An but the largest and easiest to access is that of Tani Yajirobei, a merchant who died in 1647. The location also indicates the original “Japanese road” of olden Hoi An.
12:00 PM : Getting arrived to Tra Que Herb Garden Veggie Village, welcome drink, walking around the garden village, metting local farmers.
See the activities of local famers....! Tra Que is a charming little village located just 2,5 kilometers of Hoi An. This village is famous for many kinds of herbs and vegetables which spice and cheer up all the dishes of the area. Tra Que Herb and Vegetable Village comprising more than 200 house households and covering around 40 ha.
12:30 PM : Cooking Class with 2 delicious locals food: Crispy Vietnamese Pancakes Banh Xeo (This popular Vietnamese street food is named banh xao, translated to mean "sizzling", because of the sound it makes as it cooks in the hot pan) and Tam Huu Spring Roll (dishes demonstration).
13:30PM : Enjoying your Vietnamese Traditinal Lunch (7 dishes)
14:30PM : After lunch, Taking a rest and going back to the hotel. Tour end

1. Tra Que Herb and Vegetable Village is a charming little village located just 2,5 kilometers of Hoi An. This village is famous for many kinds of herbs and vegetables which spice and cheer up all the dishes of the area.
2. Thanh Nam Fishing Village : Here you will receive a brief introduction to the history of the village and a tour of the display room with its traditional fishing tools such as: basket, net, wooden boat and other original Vietnamese utensils.
3. Water Coconut Palm Forest : Learn how to lift the big fishing net out of the water and how to use the little round "Bamboo Basket Boat" to get fish out to the net.
